Head south to the folkloric heart of Spain, where the influence of its Moorish past can not only be seen across the architectural landscape but also felt within the reverberating sound of the Spanish guitar or the stomping of a fervent flamenco dancer. Cities like Seville, Granada, and Cordoba come alive in the evenings once the midday sun has set, oftentimes with boisterous outdoor festivals. The bars in Andalucia are known for their generous tapas, and a couple of drinks can easily turn into dinner.

Madrid
The Spanish capital is one of Europe's trendiest cities at the moment, and it's easy to see why. Every neighborhood is like its own little destination, and there is always a buzzing energy whether at the Sunday morning market or late-night fiestas.

  • Get a food tour of the city's most authentic spots, highlighting the very best of Spanish cuisine in restaurants that are sometimes hundreds of years old (literally!).
  • For soccer fans, or fútbol as it's known in Spain, taking a behind-the-scenes tour of the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium (where Real Madrid plays), is an obligatory stop on your trip to Madrid.
  • Take a day trip to a nearby town such as Toledo or Segovia, with histories dating back centuries or even millennia.

Granada
Granada, a city where the echoes of centuries past resonate through the intricate palaces of the Alhambra, where the fragrance of orange blossoms fills the air, and where the essence of Andalusia comes alive in its lively neighborhoods and passionate Flamenco rhythms.

  • Visit the Alhambra with an expert guide.
  • Explore the Jewish sector of Granada.
  • Stroll through Albayzin, the city's famed Arab quarter, and dine with views of Alhambra.
  • Go on a tapas tour at night with a local foodie and taste all the best dishes of Andalucia.
  • Take a day trip to the historical cities of Ubeda and Baeza to admire Renaissance architecture.

Cordoba
Cordoba is world-renowned for its splendid Moorish buildings dating from the Islamic era, and it also boasts a rich Sephardic history.

  • Visit the Mezquita, one of the most beautiful buildings in Spain and one of the world’s greatest works of Islamic architecture.
  • Experience an olive oil tasting session with traditional salmorejo.
  • Stroll through the famed Jewish quarter of Cordoba and stop by Casa de Sefarad Casa de la Memoria.

Seville
Spend a few nights in the vibrant city of Seville with its cobblestone streets, Andalusian charm, and stunning architecture.

  • Explore the city by bike with an expert guide and visit the main plazas and monuments.
  • Enjoy exclusive access to the roof of the famous Cathedral of Seville.
  • Attend one of the best flamenco shows in the country and experience an interactive class with the dancers.

Las Cabezas de San Juan
Located just outside of Seville, this property boasts massive land with sweeping views and luxurious amenities.

  • Relax by the pool of your casita.
  • Take the bikes through olive groves and sunflower fields.
  • Go on a day trip to Jerez for sherry tasting and visit the surrounding white villages near Ronda.

Costa del Sol
The name translates to the Sunshine Coast, an apt name for a region that gets an average of 320 days of sunny weather a year. End your trip on sandy beaches bathing in the warm waters of the Mediterranean.

  • Head out into the water on your privately chartered boat.
  • Wind down after sightseeing with a lavish appointment in the Finca Cortesin spa.
  • Take a day trip to Gibraltar, the tiny British enclave on Spain's coast that is home to Europe's only monkey population.
